We have strong and dedicated engineering task force to provide customized solutions to the consumers who may need power, process steam, and would like to use process byproduct fuel, or a fuel which gives right economy at their plant location, or would like to combine the advantages of high temperature exit gases from their process.

To maximize the benefits of the plant owners, we also engineer Tri & Quad generation concepts in their industry which can take the cycle efficiency to as high as 80% in some of the applications.

Energo possess very high level of expertise in R & M and Conversion of old / inefficient boilers by improving fuel feeding/combustion systems, or by generic conversion to FBC technology.  Energo also possesses very rich exposure to large size Utility Boilers from 15 MW to 500 MW Units and can be fully trusted for assigning R & M / Rehabilitation Works of such units.

We have at our Coimbatore works all specialized CNC machineries & welding process for undertaking in-house manufacturing of pressure & non-pressure parts of Boilers.
Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers(CFBC)

Fuel flexibility
Energo’s CFB combustion process is suited to burning a wide range of fuels, including low calorific fuels, high moisture fuels and waste fuels including all coals, lignite, petroleum coke, biomass, waste coal, refuse-derived fuels, agricultural and pulping waste, and municipal solid waste.

Environment Friendly
Low emissions are a key benefit of our CFB technology.  Energo’s CFBs operate at 8000C to 9000C combustion temperatures, and give the fuel the longest burning times, resulting in naturally low NOx emissions and high combustion efficiency.  Capture the fuel’s sulfur as the fuel burns and can use low-cost selective-non-catalytic-reduction (SNCR) to achieve ultra-low NOx and Sox emissions in the furnace without the need for add-on or back-end flue gas cleaning equipment.

Bubbling Fluidized Bed Boilers(BFBC)
It is specially well-suited for the waste fuels found at paper mills, primary and secondary sludge, bark and woodwaste, coal and tire derived fuel, fuels containing large pieces of non-combustible material such as rocks and scrap metal that require an unhindered means of removal from the furnace.

Energo’s BFB Boilers are Ideal for firing biofuels with high moisture content and difficult ash characteristics, or fuels that are difficult to handle, such as sludges.
The SOx and NOx stack emissions are controlled in the combustion process, reducing the need for flue gas treatment
