Energo’s manufacturing facilities is located at Coimbatore (Tamilnadu) in Southern India, on the main Coimbatore – Cochin National Highway, 15th Milestone, on a land area of approx. 40,00,000 sq. ft. (covered area 70,000 sq. ft.).

Coimbatore is known worldwide for manufacturing international quality of Pumps, Gear Boxes, Special Alloy Castings, Casted & Machined Items, High Pressure Parts, Forgings, and Electric Machines and is one of leading engineering goods export hub in India. It is well connected by National Highways, Rail Heads and International Airport.

Facilities have been created to undertake:
>   Boiler pressure/non pressure parts & pressure vessels.
>   Variety of material/Coal/Ash Handling specialized equipments.
>   Pumps, Valves, Fans & Hydraulic Gates.
>   Water/D.M./Effluent plant related equipments.
>   Heat Exchangers etc.

The manufacturing facility is fast growing into a multi utility manufacturing support to cater for Group’s current activities & future expansion plans.

Existing facilities include Specialized Machineries for Boiler manufacturing such as:
>   Automatic Panel Processing Machine (PPM).
>   CNC Tube Bending Machine.
>   CNC Pipe Edge Preparation Machine.
>   TIG, MIG, SAW, SMAW, GTAW Welding Machines.
>   VMC Machine VR 5A (30 tools)
Besides, all general/specialized machines for manufacturing are also available:

>   Hydraulic presses (5 to 100 MT)
