We are the sole Indian manufacturer of zero leakage, elastomer based, packing less & bidirectional knife gate valves. The development of this product was initiated by our materials handling wing, which was handling Gases, Liquids, Solids and Mixtures of concentrations of up to 65%. These applications involved High Deposit Velocities, Corrosion, Erosion and Erosion of Corrosion. After having tried all kinds of designs, technologies and brands, both national and international, we resolved to develop our own design of valve with the following end objectives in terms of technical features:
